I posted a blog called DC - Vintage not too long ago. Illustrator Michael B. Myers Jr. from Drawsgood Illustration and Design have come up with new series of Star Wars and The Avengers posters in pixelated form. This is geektastic news!

A brilliant advertising campaign made by a Lithuanian design company called Love Agency. 'Become Someone Else' was created for Mint Vinetu, a pre-used bookstore. Photos taken by Cyclopes-Photo.com.

The guys at College Humor have revamped the dullness of an Ikea manual and traveled through time to produce these science fiction inspired ones; providing us with what one of their writers call 'image-based laughtermagic'. Brilliant!

We voyage and transcend to a world given to us through words written in a book. We imagine, laugh, hold our breaths in suspense and we cry through chapters written in a book. To get completely lost in a good book is the very reason why reading is so addicting. It is a way to let the mind travel while you are still. These images from Bulgarian graphic designer, Mladen Penev, speak the power of books. Simple, creative and sends the message!

From the simple purpose of teaching children basic building skills to fanatic adult collectors, Lego has always promoted creativity and fun! I don't think I have ever come across anyone who dislike or have never played with Lego before. The exciting news is that Access-Agency is collaborating with the world's biggest toy company on a giant Lego building project. Access-Agency holds a reputation in creating jaw-dropping effects with their globally recognized advertising campaigns. This project reminded me of James May, Top Gear's show host, when he builds a life sized Lego house a couple of years back. However, a house is nothing compared to a giant Lego Darth Vader with his light saber waiting for you in an underground garage. They even mentioned "incredible opportunities to add sound as well." Probably saying, "Luke, I am your father!" BRILLIANT! Hahaha... I'm in full throttle dork mode right now.

I must have the complete series of these vintage DC comic posters illustrated by Michael B. Myers Jr.! But if I had to really choose then I would only settle for Wonder Woman, Superman, Dark Knight, Robin and the one of The Flash is just too cool.
